Referral Scheme

At Peak Net Ltd we like nothing more than when our customers talk to other people about the fantastic service and great value that we offer.

It's been happening more and more lately and it is a great way to get new business in a tough climate! We thought you might like to hear about it.

We are offering a whopping 5% of the development costs of every business you recommend that ends up in a confirmed order*. Recommending Peak Net could not be easier; all you need to do is tell us the name and contact details of the business you know that needs our services and we will do the rest.

Best of all there is no limit to the number of businesses you can recommend. So, if we gain £10,000 worth of new business on the back of your referrals you will earn £500 which can be paid to you by cheque or used as a credit against any work you do with Peak Net.

Terms & Conditions

Everyone who is a registered customer of Peak Net Ltd is eligible for The Peak Net Referral Scheme. You become a referrer of Peak Net Ltd when you provide us with your first referral and this constitutes your acceptance of all terms and conditions of this agreement.

You receive referral commission when the new customer you have referred to Peak Net Ltd site confirms their order and pays the balance of their project development. We will not issue any commission payments until the new customer has paid Peak Net in full.

In order for the new customer to be attributed to you, you will need to confirm it in an email to referrals@peaknet.co.uk

The 5% commission payment applies only to the development cost and not to any further business that the customer may undertake with Peak Net. The 5% commission does not apply to web hosting, annual fees or domain names. Payments will be made by BACS, Cheque or as a Credit Note to an existing account.

Peak Net Ltd reserve the right to modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this agreement, at any time, at our sole discretion. You will be notified by e-mail and a notice will be posted on our website. Modifications may include, but are not limited to changes in the scope of commission fees, commission schedules, payment procedures, and The Peak Net Referral Scheme rules. If you find any modification unacceptable, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement, and cease to participate in The Peak Net Referral Scheme. Your continued participation in The Peak Net Referral Scheme following our posting of a change notice or new agreement on our website will constitute binding acceptance of the change.
